Big job Cookie but well worthwhile when it's done.  :)

Oh wow Cookie, that's certainly inspiring! You'll have to share a photo when it's done :)

Took the kids on a train ride into town today to see the Beehive and parliament buildings. The tour was interesting, but the kids found it a little long. I think they preferred the train trips!

I remember seeing the beehive Jo. Very aptly named.
I had my haricut this morning and dropped 3 lots of recipes off at Officeworks to have spirals put on them. On the way home I remembered I hadn't done a contents page, I was so cross with myself. I will do one when I get them home and stick it inside the front cover. I will now try to get the second big file sorted out. I enjoyed discovering new recipes.

The kids and I went to Subway for lunch, visited Mum, went to the movies to see Paper Planes (it was great) then visited DH. We had a great day.

give them a call tomorrow. honestly, they hate it when I bring in my photocopying and I swear they only start half an hour before they reckon it will be ready as I always end up waiting and waiting. You may still have time... if it is now too late make sure you check that its correct - the amount of times it hasn't been has not been a laughing matter and I have made many a return trip

I picked my recipe books up this morning. I didn't call as they were ready to pick up at 1 yesterday. I am very pleased with them. Now to get onto my second file.
This morning DD and I went shopping. We didn't really buy anything but had fun looking. Then after lunch I sat down for a bit and promptly slept until 4.30. I am ashamed at how often I have an afternoon sleep since I had my back done. I rarely did before that. I'm probably into the bad habit now. I still sleep well at night.

I went on the train to Perth with my DD, only going in to recycle coffee pods and buy a few more. We had a lovely time bought 2 pairs of Melissa shoes, a lovely red dress and 3 pairs of pants.  DD did well too.  Now if I had gone to find clothes I would have come home disappointed.

Your city trip sounds like fun Bedlam. I need to go in and recycle some pods. DD now longer works in the city so I get to do it now. I enjoy a trip in there occasionally.
