Thanks CP...it's not for a couple of weeks but I'm going I get to play with it soon :)

I have a feel I ng DH may have bought some attachments but I think I'll have to wait and see for those!

It's a busy time of year Judy with lots going on so that's why I'm not in your b'day book :) but don't worry, you haven't missed it :)

Jamberie that is great, I have a kenwood and only unpacked it this week after 6 m in a box. Haven't used it yet. Need to make cakes this week as presents. Happy birthday to you.

This vacuum is great.... The power is amazing. It was a 'which' magazine best buy.
Still using old vax one to get worst up then this for fine clean. Am gobsmacked!
Bought several boxes of filters at same time.

Uni don't envy all that shopping although will be in the same boat if I don't soon get to the shops.

DJ, I know a few people who swear by the Miele cleaners.

I just received the Amber teething necklace I brought for the baby - and am still unsure whether to use it or not  :-\
Never had one for the other 3, so don't know what to expect but was recommended by a mum of 3 when she saw my bub crying with teeth pain.(at that stage I was gonna try anything to help the poor child get relief)  :-)) So straight away ordered one.
Anyone used them or know anything about them...? Please?

Astarra, I just had a quick look on google and there seem to be a few safety notifications from the SIDS foundation and also the Government Safety Agency against the use of them.
