I have just started WW today....the online version you can add recipes and convert the points.  I agree instead of packets, much better fresh food recipes - In my books I am going to work out the points and put them with each recipe.....I wont tell you how many goes I have had though... :P :P :P :P

Hi there

Has anyone a recipe for diet friendly bread.  I have not made bread in Thermo as I would absolutely pig out on it if I did, but if someone has a low calorie (as such) recipe it would be great.   :-\

Yes, I have printed off all the recipes and have in a huge binder, my favourite is the Chicken and Vegetable soup at the moment.  Especially here in Tassy, been a bit cold and wet of late.     :-))
