My usual when I don’t know what to have and don’t feel hungry anyway  is 2 poached eggs.

cookie. My DD often drives her mini over from Melbourne and there are some trucks which get right up her backside. That would scare the daylight out of me. Your DH’s vehicle sounds like a good option to me.

Must do some more of those apples Chookie. I had some given to me but they’re not allowed on the FODMAP diet.

Yes I have Chookie, when I have time I’ll spend it browsing different stores looking for suitable food. I’ve decided to give up my Monday gym glass and just do the 2 core and balance classes which are far more useful than the machines. I just need more time to concentrate on my health but still do for others. I’ve booked an appt with a naturopath in a few weeks time.

I’ve had to go back onto FODMAP meals, have made vegetable soup, a green smoothie and had overnight oats for brekky yesterday. It’s already made a difference.

I have virtually just replaced the tuna from my recipe with smoked cod Chookie, for some reason I can’t stand tuna now but pre-op I loved it. My Oncologist told me this happens and that was even before the op!

I’ve been unable to find the cod in my local Drakes for ages but they had it this week. I was asked if it was for me or my pet!! No wonder there has been a shortage as apparently cats love it.

Today I made a Smoked Cod and sweetcorn pasta mornay and a batch of Taco seasoning from the forum so that I could make a Taco Chicken dish in the slow cooker. Sharing the first recipe as I can eat that but the chicken one is no go, not only the texture but boy it’s hot.

Bought myself a Westinghouse instant boiling water dispenser today, we had one very similar in our Singapore hotel room and I loved it.  Then I decided to order a Puratap system to be installed as well.

Still cooking up a storm ladies, love seeing what you all come up with. The food in the Celebrity Solstice was pretty good - buffet meals suit us both and breakfast was the best for me, lunchtime I could always find something but dinner was the hardest. Their 2 soups of the day for lunch and dinner were often too spicy for me, I’d never heard of some of the choices they had. Weight stayed the same which is good  as I had no Sustagen for the whole 15 nights.
