Just wanted to introduce myself, I still have a TM31 for now, so am interested in getting the most out of this machine.

Chit Chat / converting pressure cooking to TMX

Does anyone know if you can substitute the TMX for the use of a Pressure Cooker recipe, as just been watching Heston Blumanthals cooking programme, and he uses the pressure cooker for the recipes. I dont have one anylonger and dont want to purchase one.
I would be grateful if anyone could be of help with this problem

Hi I am Jo, I thought I would pluck up the courage to join the forum am a relatively new user, I have had My TMX since Oct. 2010 but do not use as much as I really should. Would love to hear from anyone  :)
