Hello from the Gold Coast

My name is Jen (Ilaeria) and I live on the Gold Coast with my husband and our three fur babies.  We bought our Thermomix 4 weeks ago after I went to a friend's demo.  We haven't cooked a meal without using it for at least one aspect of it since.  My Thermie (christened George) has his own Tumblr where I post pictures and links to recipes I've made.  George gets most of his use on my weekends (which usually are Sunday-Monday) but he also gets used 3 or 4 nights a week as well!  I'm definitely a convert and rave about my Thermomix to everyone who will listen (and some who won't!).  I've been haunting the forums here for a while and have made several recipes already but thought it was time to introduce myself and start posting my own recipes!
