Last night was spaghetti bolognaise made in thermie.

Going to hospital this afternoon, so dinner will be something easy.

Thank you all for the good wishes. Would you believe after the Christmas rush we even forgot to open a bottle of wine. It was a very quiet evening. We actually discussed where the last 39 years had gone. We were together for 4 years before we married as well. Had a few chuckles over some things. When we first met DH had an old car that often conked out. Now 42 years later nothing has changed, ther car/s he has now is even older than the FJ holden he had. :D :D

Now for DD's birthday on the 31st and we can settle down for a while.

Too tired to post last night. I spent the day cooking up a storm. We decided to have an indian night so I could try out naan in my new pizza oven. We had beef vindaloo, bombay aloo, red lentil dahl, tandoori chicken, coconut chutney, peanut chutney and of course naan. Followed it up with a mango and coconut kulfi. Just as I got it all on the table the hordes hit and I didn't manage to get a photo. Will post reviews instead.

Maddy, I just had to wipe my screen (I was drooling). That dinner looks devine. Must try that brocollini. Is it on the forum?
