You're a braver woman than me Denise - your DH is very lucky he has your support.

Bedlam, I love the rabbit proof fence, have done a few k's on one or the other at different stages. I love the old posts, gates, the old wire and the odd old campsite we have come across. Those blokes sure did it hard when they built it!

After my Probus meeting, I joined 4 others for lunch at a local hotel.  Put my name down for 3 stage plays today so it's all happening very quickly.

:D :D No Gert, going to be in the audience - and I only had 1 glass of.  I wondered if I was going to be the only one but another lady had a glass of red.

It sounds like you are having fun Denise. Even if you are not sure.

I had an injection into my hip this afternoon, using ultra sound. Hopefully it will reduce the pain I have been having for a while.

Good luck cookie, sounds painful. I sometimes great trochanter pain on the left leg, and was offered a jab, but i didn't think it was bad enough for that thankfully.

I have had another busy and productive day in the garden. Filling up the new area behind the mini wall with all the left over bedding I grew from from seeds.... Cosmos, zinnias and marigolds. Weeded the veggie patch to prevent DH using glyphosphate. I have banned it from food production areas. Still use it on the path and spot weeding in the flower borders on ground else's and bindweed.

The garden is much further on than the same time last year. Things are flowering now, that only flowered after we arrived here in July. I have moved loads and loads of lychnis and foxgloves and it's really paid off. It will be a job in a couple of weeks to gather up all the seedlings from the path, pot and then they'll be ready to fill in gaps next year. A wild looking garden is often part engineered. Have tried to plant lots more self setting plants for the future. Amazing to think we've almost done 12 m here. I've never had a big flower garden before.

I find the garden very therapeutic just now too, and warm sunny days are just the best ( apologies to those having winter weather down under) I had a local resident call in on spec local today, and she was very impressed and loved it. That was good, because I liked her place. I went there, on a trip around the area on an open gardens for the church. A Victorian house built in 1824, their barn was built in 1822. I love that they built the barn before the house. So practical.

Michelle, I often wonder how Amy is going.  Haven't seen Frozzie around for a while either.  Hope they are both doing well!
