Thanks for the excellent recipes Megan, I made the pastry and used it for pasties and sausage rolls. They were a great  hit with the 3 grandkids who were here for lunch. Will definitely make them again ;D

I live in Esperance WA and bought a goji plant from Bunnings a few weeks ago to grow it was $16 thought it was worth a try :)

Judydawn you can dry fruit leather in the oven on baking paper or silicon mats on a tray at 70deg till dry, I make it for my grandkids

Hello Chelsea, I was wondering if I could have a copy of the tomato relish recipe too please, I have some tomatoes growing and usually make sauce , dry the tomatoes, pizza sauce and would love to try a relish, Thanks Pam

Welcome virgo9 I agree with Trudy, try some of the recipes on this forum and you will soon love your Thermomix, I felt the same when I first got mine but absolutely love it now and dont know how  I did without it ;D

Hello Salval, Maybe you would like to try cooking your potatoes in the basket with about 750mls water in the  *: I cook mine for 30 mins on varoma  ^^ when potatoes are cooked  I put the butterfly in  *: tip potatoes in with some butter and milk and give them about 10secs on 4. They turn out beautifully, I found this method on the forum I think  ???Mine always used to stick in the *: and it took a lot of cleaning this method doesnt  ;D

Welcome Marie, I love this site, any chance of the recipe for Choc Gelati please sounds yummy and I love trying recipes especially when they include chocolate!! Dont worry about the washing and dusting if you are lucky your partner will do the housework while you are cooking him something yummy to eat in the tmx ;D :-))

Made a batch of these yesterday and they are very yummy and so easy to make, these will be a regular ;D Thanks for the recipe achookwoman, trying to get some malt to try that recipe as well!!
