I want to find one of those, where are they? In stores? Or only online?

Online spersephone.
Only the impress art "premium" will stamp stainless.
Other types suitable for softer metals are everywhere...lots on eBay.
I bought this from Sunset Crystals I think it was.  Will double check if you like?

They look so pretty Jamberie, and love your rainbow cakes too Emmy  8)

This is still my go-to icing.
The cookies & cream version is the most requested if I have an order.

It really is so crucial that the roux is not a little warm still.
Like mentioned, I prefer to make it early in the morning, kept at room temp & make icing in afternoon.
If it's added too cold to the butter/sugar stage...it can look a bit funny.

Last night was Jamie's simple sausage bake...but I used gourmet beef sausages from the local providore, added sautéed red onion & homegrown zucchini from the neighbour (our own cherry toms.)
Simple, but delicious. Served with pearl couscous (my latest love!)

Tonight is "ifits"....if it's there, eat it  ;)

Went  to see "The Dress Maker" exhibit over the weekend, with all the beautiful gowns displayed from the movie.
It's held in a mansion just 10 minutes up the road...was stunning.
The staircase in pics, is exactly where I was married 20 years ago 😊

Apparently the kmart spiralizer maker is excellent for $15.
Not sure if they are BPA free though...waiting to hear back.
The Pete Evans (baccarat) one, is BPA free, and 30% off Monday through Robins kitchen (possibly house too??)

Forgot to mention...after purchasing that French stamped cutlery the other day...I wanted to make my own.
So purchased a stamping kit, which will do stainless as well...so "cutlery with attitude" will be born  ;)
Might be a smidge rude, so I may not post my results. Lol.

Makes so much!!
Served on a large platter.

Flavour lovely, but I was seeking a little more heat.
Will add a whole chilli with veg next time & possibly a smidge extra in the sauce.
Add through a chopped continental cucumber...lovely addition.

I wouldn't know where to start!
Candles are going fantastic...enjoyed the break over Xmas.  Dabbling in some soap now too  ;)
My poor thermie had a bit of an incident...back from hospital today.
It was the longest 2 weeks of my life, & had to think really hard how to cook without a machine! Lol

Hi lovelies  :)

Not long I received the download for this book....just wondered what your thoughts were, for those who have read it.
I created & posted a vegetable soup with bacon & pasta, and posted it here in this forum in 2010
.http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3113.0
....reading "The recipe that started it all"  from this book, bacon & vegetable soup....can't help but to raise an eyebrow.
Am I off the mark??
