Zucchini and Cheese Scones
« on: December 18, 2015, 05:22:29 am »
These are based upon Nay Nay's fab recipe, to which i have added tasty cheese and grated Zuchinni.
make 13 good sized scones and freeze and reheat well.

Ingredients

510g SR flour
2 Tablespoons of sugar. [i leave this out [
200 mls cream
250 mls milk
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder.(not in original recipe)
150 g coarsely grated Zuchinni
100g coarsley grated tasty cheese, plus more to sprinkle on top.

Bring all together in TMX ,2 seconds, speed 5.
Knead until it comes together.
Cut into scones and bake 20 minutes at 200 C in pre heated oven.
