Yes, it was a stroke of luck Amy as last I knew, he didn't even like pizza.  I had to remove the pineapple though  :-))

Of course, there'll always be something they don't like ;D And grandmas are the best at picking things out. I remember my nana picking the lumps out of my jam when I had toast :D

I made Courgettes a la Carbonara today and mixed it with thin spaghetti.  The recipe was on newcomer Thermominoux's blog here
http://thermominoux.over-blog.com/article-courgettes-a-la-carbonara-thermomix-109917001.html.  I made a few changes to the recipe method but it was delicious and I can even see this mixture wrapped in filo or puff pastry as well.

I had some leftover chicken & chorizo pasta in the freezer so had it for lunch today. I can report that it freezes well!

Quinoa salad...,well half a bowl anyway. Rest was accidentally knocked over floor and inside open cutlery drawer. Absolute nightmare to clean up as it sticks to everything.
