Just made chookies ham paste, had it on toast for lunch. Very nice.
Told DH I found a good recipe for left over ham , he said its not leftover ham yet. Men and there christmas ham, well DH went to work this morning, I'm home alone :) do you think he will miss 200g of his ham :) :) :)

Pretty sure he won't, he suffers really badly with domestic blindness, if its not under his nose he won't see it lol.

I'm going out to lunch with my carer's group and SIL is coming to sit with Geoff.  She is even bringing their lunch  8) so that I can have a total day off.
