Converted a recipe from the current edition of Australian healthy Food Guide - Garlic Chilli Spaghetti but it was a bit bland and dry looking (as some of these ultra healthy recipes are) so I added 3/4 cup of the sauce I had over from Swedish meat balls yesterday and some much needed salt!  It then tasted quite nice  ;)

Girls had cocktail Franks (Miss3 put toothpicks into hers then told me "its a hairy Frank."  Made me think of Uni...I wonder if her Frank is hairy too!!  ;) )
I had peanut butter and honey sandwiches.  :)
