Seems like I'll be the only one eating today - I now have 2 in bed feeling sick and the little one in bed cuz it is her afternoon sleep time... so I will probably just have a sandwich or filled sausage or something basic.  :)

I just nuked some steam in the bag veggies, single serve of brown rice and mixed it all up with a small tin of tuna and some salsa.

Just put a loaf of bread in the oven so (assuming it works) I'll be having fresh bread with some homemade hommus and spinach/lettuce from the garden.

I stumbled across a jar of sweet mustard pickle in the supermarket during the week, and now I'm addicted to having it with a crusty roll, ham and salad 🍴same thing....every day....
