That's a great idea with the pita bread Amy, did they taste as good as corn chips ?  It looks really good. Your mum and SD must be so appreciative of your cooking.  I know I couldn't cook that well at your age (was too busy getting drunk and partying) , so it's a credit to you, you obviously enjoy it !

We don't like any sort of salty chips, so to us the pita bread was much nicer (not to mention healthier!) ;D

I made those last night... They were awesome!!! My husband said that they were better than the ones we use to have in TGI Friday's  ;D

The only change I made is that I added a tablespoon of Philadelphia cream cheese.
