Nothing here today, although I want to make some ricotta. Since making my own I have developed a strong dislike of the bought stuff.

Collected my $29 K Mart pie maker yesterday.  Will enjoy playing with it at the weekend.

I'm starting another loaf of the10g of starter SD. DH loves it for toast. He made us some garlic bread last night and used it all up.
I made some of Tenina's Anzac biscuits this morning, but put the dough into a mini cupcake tray and pushed it into the shape. The flavour is lovely as she adds a dash of lemon. I hope to fill them with ganache or something similar for DH to take on Sunday when the old cars are checked over.
The Anzac biscuits cooked in the mini cupcake tray. Not a thing of beauty, but they taste lovely.

Made mini pies in new Pie Machine.  I made Gluten free pies which were difficult to form but reheated well. Also cooked well in small pie maker. This photo is a comparison of the size of the small one compared to the deep dish one from Harris Scarfe.

Pea Ham & Vegetable Soup and a half mix of Quicker than a packet cake mix in the pie maker.   Crispy biscuits yesterday, they are similar to Anzacs.

Yesterday I played with the K Mart mini pie maker.   I made Quicker than a Packet cake small cakes. 1/2 recipe made 8.  I popped a bit of jam in the center and used GF flour.  I also made Portuguese Custard Tarts in the same Machine .  Used Coles GF Puff pastry.  Pretty good.  I made the custard in the TMX using posted recipe.

I cooked my 10g starter SD and made another fruit loaf. This one has almonds and diced dried apricots in it.
I've also made some bread rolls for dinner using Chookie's No Fuss recipe.

Yummo Cookie. Love the look of your rolls.
Really missing bread.  I bought a loaf of GF fruit loaf.  $7.  I would give it 6 out of 10. I am going to make some white bread , GF, using a Dan Lepard recipe. He has 2 recipes, will make both as see which I prefer.
SC butter chicken legs.
