I love Tenina recipes, these are all in one collection, she is a local lady so I wish to support her, it is only $16.50, some of the recipes I would never think of making up free hand, and I have the $16.50 so why the heck not.
After that I don't really need to make excuses. For my soups I tend to throw in what is round and use lentils, barley, quinoa or whatever is handy.
I'm looking forward to Tenina's Comfort Food classes. It sounds like my type of cooking.
