Thanks Marina. Chookie I thought there was too much apple in them but they’ll be tested this afternoon.

Apple muffins - Nagi’s recipe. I hope they’re as nice as my usual blueberry ones, they were much fiddlier to make.

Good luck with the op Margaret, you’ve certainly put up with the problem for long enough.

Firstly I didn’t wake until 9.15 so my day’s plans to make an infrequent trip to Aldi to check out FODMAP items flew out the window. I had a Puratap fitted this afternoon.

Shopping for FODMAP items at both Coles and Woolies, found quite a few things so will not have to go searching for a while. It took me over 2 hours to do both shops.

Yes I have Chookie, when I have time I’ll spend it browsing different stores looking for suitable food. I’ve decided to give up my Monday gym glass and just do the 2 core and balance classes which are far more useful than the machines. I just need more time to concentrate on my health but still do for others. I’ve booked an appt with a naturopath in a few weeks time.

I’ve had to go back onto FODMAP meals, have made vegetable soup, a green smoothie and had overnight oats for brekky yesterday. It’s already made a difference.
