For 2-3 portions

Ingredients:

140g brown rice
40g soya beans
2 eggs
35g olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt

1) Mill rice in TMX, 1m/speed 10. Put aside.
2) Mill soya beans, 1m/speed 10.
3) Add rice flour, eggs, oil and salt to bowl, mix 1 1/2 m/ ::. Use spatula to push dough down if necessary.
4) Roll dough into ball, wrap in cling film and leave to rest 30m in fridge.
5) Roll out dough 3mm thick between sheets of greaseproof paper (or use a pasta machine to get required thickness) and cut into thin strips.
6) Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 10 mins until al dente.

Sound interesting.  Wonder if you'd need to cook them for 10 minutes - they should cook faster than that ?  Like fresh ordinary pasta.
