Lovely to hear  from you Katie. Wesley certainly sounds like a lovely place.

Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and don't over do it tomorrow.

Wesley is a bit like this forum, an extension of our family. I spend so much time there that some residents think I work there!  It’s really nice having Katie’s Mum in the facility so that we can catch up more often.

I’d like to add my best wishes to you all for a happy and joyful Christmas with your loved ones.
For those who have slaved over hot stoves in the lead up to Christmas Day or will be doing so tomorrow I hope you will find the time to be able to sit back and relax at some stage tomorrow with a nice glass of something and feel satisfied that you have nailed it once again.  I raise my glass to all the wonderful cooks on this forum, cheers to you all.

I walked Chance this morning. We met Ozzy and his owner and wished them a Merry Christmas. I did see just two cars on our local roads.

Minus 22 seems unbelievable to me. Brrr.

We had a quiet day after we visited MIL. Got home about 12.45 and had lunch. Then a nap, walk and a later than usual dinner. All interspersed with calls and texts from brothers and friends.
