Title: Indian Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

Indian Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

2 x tins of chickpeas
2tsp curry powder
1/2tsp ground ginger
1/4tsp garam masala
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt

Preheat oven to 200
Drain and rinse chickpeas, dry very well, the chickpeas need to be dry
Combine all other ingredients and coat the chickpeas
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook for 45 - 50 minutes or until crunchy.

Thanks Michele these sound really easy, will give them a try tomorrow. Give the peas plenty of time to drain.

Yes Denise i have  made ACW roasted chickpeas in the AF and turned out great

Will definitely have to try these.  They sell these on street stalls in India and we just love them.  Thanks for the recipe.

Yes, I think the air fryer would be perfect for these as it is a long time to have the oven on, especially in summer and with utility prices.  :)

Made a 1/2 batch of these because I wasn't sure if I would like them, but they are delicious.  My chick peas were very small, so I am on the lookout now for big, juicy chick peas to make the next batch!

A really yummy healthy snack.  Thanks for the recipe!
