another recipe i can add to my collection which i'll be trying soon - i've loved everything you've recommended - they all work because your instructions are so clear.

I too say that myself & look forward to any recipe JulieO' has converted. She puts love into her food and it shows in her posts as well as in her photo's.Keep it up JulieO you are an asset to this forum and I hope to see your recipes in a future thermomix cookbook.Another  :-*from me.

Tips and Tricks / Re: How do you clean under the blade?
« on: October 26, 2009, 12:57:31 am »
Ermm.. I find the quickest way to completely clean is to take apart and hold the blade upside down in the palm of my hand and then use a baby's bottle brush to push in and around the underside of the blades, dunking in and out of the water.

I do take mine apart but until I can get a baby's bottle brush this is what I have on hand to use until then.

Judydawn,I have had 4 banana's sitting here for a couple of days now and decided tonight I was going to make your banana jam cos it sounded so interesting.I even made some little paper labels which I printed out for these 2 small jars I made.I had a little taste test as I poured them into the sterilised jars and it was so sweet, very nice.Cant wait to have some on a sammy tomorrow. :) Btw,was it supposed to come out this sort of colour?

Judydawn Im making this one again later tonight as Im giving it to hubby to take to work with him.His boss was dragged to a demo by his wife so we thought if we get him to try this soup it may help his wife in succeeding in purchasing a Thermomix. Will also make a plain foccacia to add to it too. :)

Hubby made this last night in Thermie with a tiny bit of help from me(instruction wise guidence). He put a little too much of the sauce into the meat mixture,so there wasnt enough for the top.He also didnt add a full chilli cos the one we had was hot & Im a bit of a coward when it comes to hot chilli, wished he had popped it all in now cos the enchiladas werent hot enough but we loved this slavered with sour cream.

Julie0,"I want some more, please" hehe..main meal recipes that is.. :)

Going to make me own tortilla's next time too.
Just a little pic here of how our dinner looked below.
