Where's your TMX Gert?

This may help people recognise me when I meet them at the airport.

I'm the one with the hat and sunnies, the other is the baldchin groper I caught yesterday.

That is good eating.

Goldfish I am doing it.  The postage was too much for Herbies so I am doing this.

Put them into the oven a 100 degrees. Let ya know how it goes soon.

Thanks so much for that.

Gert

Turned out great. I moved the pics and instructions over to this thread  as I didn't want to upset JD.  http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=320.90   Reply 9308

If using it as a rub I would add a  bit of sugar as it is quite hot and sour.

Its a lovely photo of you, a very peaceful regal one - so unlike the burlesque one which catches you in full flight doing your thang in the kitchen ;D

Thank you. I itook that photo on my computer when a  friend asked for  it early one  morning. I just threw a silk scarf around myself to cover my daggy singlet. It certainly is flattering. Believe me. I think it's the scarf really.

OMG, this thread has gone viral, as they say.

So looking forward to this weekend. CP, could you possibly email me with dress code details for the dress up night? I just don't have the time at the moment to trawl back through the posts.

I'm going to have to pack the Hydrodol by the sound of it....
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Could someone please please confirm:

1) the date/s
2) the goodie bag item. Does it have to be related to the State/city we are from or have any significance? Indicative price range
3) dress-up. How many outfits do we need and for which night/day. Are only op-shop outfits allowed?
4) what else are we expected to bring?

Thanks  :)
