Never heard of it cookie so googled it.  Sounds very yummy to me, did you find these recipes https://everyfoodfits.com/2012/04/26/five-ways-with-biscoff-spread/
I like the idea of the ice-cream.

Has anyone used Biscoff? DD persuaded me to buy a jar on Saturday. I will look up some recipes.
Hasn't Chookie done something with Biscoff recently?

My recipe was for Bostock, an Almond based spread.  This looks interesting. Will check out.

Yesterday I made veggie triangles for when DD comes over for Easter, this is the first batch then, using a different recipe, I made another dozen.  She can tell me which ones she prefers.

I made a tuna, potato & spinach dish (2 dishes of it!), harder for me to eat than a basic tuna mornay plus Chookie’s Queen of Puddings https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3372.0

I’m having a big Hot X bun making day next Tuesday.  DD and friend coming on Monday and we will weigh everything out and mix and cook on Tuesday.  Friend will stay overnight.  Not sure how many dozen we will make . Possibly about 10 dozen.
Made another lot of Tomato sauce last night. Also SC pea and Ham.  Used last of Xmas ham bones.
Just received another box of Apples. What to do with them???

Have a great baking day Chookie, nice to have some help.  Apple flavoured buns sound nice to me Marina.

Sure do. I think a Hot Cross Bun with pieces of apple in would be delicious. I plan to make some very soon. Mine will just be the usual Chookie recipe.IU don't fancy chocolate or choc chip.

I have a classic loaf rising at the moment.

Made a loaf for sandwiches.
Saw a recipe for Hot X Buns with Apple added. Might make some just for fun. ( have been given another box of Apples. )
Made a big lot of mixed Peel for buns.
I’ve got tomatoes , in various stages of ripeness everywhere.

Chicken and mushroom pies with mashed potato topping.
First testing run of Hot X Buns. Had to try 2 supermarkets yesterday to buy Cinnamon. Lots of Hot X Bun ingredients were in short supply. No chocolate ones here but might try some with dried sour cherries.
Yesterday made white sauce using Almond milk. Was surprised how good it was. The Almond milk was leftover from making DD Celery soup.

I went out for lunch with a friend today, soup is starting to appear on menus so I had pumpkin soup and a garden salad.  I enjoyed the soup so much and as I haven’t made it for ages I came home and made a batch for myself.  Sometimes the most simple of soups goes down well.
