Hi Johnro

I grind linseeds down to put in my homemade milo (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3078.0), and there is also some discussion here  (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1420.0)about lsa which might be helpful.

Just grind away at speed 9, checking and scraping down periodically.  Time length will depend on how much you're grinding.

Hope this helps.

Hi Johnro, I do it all the time - about 400g of linseed on speed 9 - generally done in less than 10 seconds so keep a close eye on it every couple of seconds until you reach the consistency you want.  :D

Hi Johnro,
I do it like faffa_70. 200g/speed9/ less then 10 seconds and keep the ground flaxseed in the freezer.

Thank you all - I just finished a demo at my home where I asked the consultant to make the linseeds into meal. As with everything I have seen this little wonder do - I now have a larger bag of linseed meal.  Can hardly wait until mine arrives.
