We know about that voice.  Especially when it tells us to turn around and go back.   ;D

"Please perform a U turn where possible"

I think I missed my calling  ;D

I borrowed a sat nav last week and it was set with a GEORDIE voice, very funny. Told me I was a daft beggar, (but spelt differently!!!) when I went to fill up with fuel... LOL and on arrival said he was going for a kip!!!

Very funny DJ.

I use Tom Tom all the time and it's interesting to hear the different voices and proununciations. I'm always being told to turn around as well.

We always get the "do U turn when possible too" especially when we are interstate. I don't think we will need it for any cities this trip. Only things like "proceed along road ?? For 345 km" until you reach Birdsville.

Now that one is so confusing - why don't they just say "go straight around/thru the roundabout"

Chookie us girls from Adelaide shouldn't be looking for breakfast, we can either buy something on the plane or pick something up at the airport whilst waiting for Marina.  I never have morning tea at home but I'll probably be looking for a cuppa when I get to your place and I'm sure your bikkie tin will be full  ;)  I am not speaking for my travelling companions though, they may be looking for more.  Don't forget we are coming for lunch though  ;)

Hi All,

Seems I have missed a lot of converstation!

Chookie - would you like some non blubbly wine as well?  Let me know as I still get my discount.

Lucky Dip - count me and the little poppet in please.  We'll bring contributions along.

And I'd LOVE some lemon myrtle leaves and sour dough starter as well - thank you all.

PLEASE let me know if I can bring anything else?  I can even pop in a few fold up chairs into the boot if needed.

This must have been playing on my mind over night as I dreamt that Judy arrived here and I'd completely forgotten that she was coming.  I felt absolutely terrible.  And oddly JD you had dyed your hair pink!  :o  :-*
