Title: Ingredient substitution
Post by: Greyhoundmum on September 15, 2013, 05:04:15 am
Hi
Can anyone tell me ?  If I want to use polenta in a citrus cake - do I omit some of the flour?  If I want to add almond meal do I omit some flour?

Would be best to use a polenta cake recipe GHM.  I've definitely made an orange polenta cake in the TMX before, I'll find the recipe for you

I don't know if you can use almond meal / flour in one recipe (although I guess you can), but if you are interested I can PM you a delicious and really simple citrus cake recipe made with all almond meal.
