so far so good JD. I do have a big heavy electric Pasta Machines i rarely use .i like my smaller one best

i have packed them in tin  container lined with paper towel, it should help with any moisture

Mmm, thinking about it. Actually one friend is still waiting for ideas from me for my birthday, I think I'll send her that link and solve her problem.

I think I need to get some tins to store my bikkies in - have some birthday money so I will be off to a homewares shop as soon as I can find a free day.

i am only doing 1/2 a batch. could i use the pasta roller for this Denzelmum.Is the texture soft ,hard dry ?

Mine is hard dry, made it a bigger than this size on Chookies original recipe, under flat bread.  I made golf ball size then flatten with  rolling pin.

JD over here you can get them at iKEA quite cheap too and they do as good a job as any of the others and come with different attachments....maybe someone in oz might know...  i have one and it sits attached to my bench next to thermie  :)

I took note of how Judy managed her Cheese and Herb Biscuits and had one tray in the oven and rolled the other ready to go in.  I have had a Pasta roller for 45 years.  Found it easy to just hand roll these.  If you were making a lot ,  the pasta machine would probably be good.
Fundj,  just love the sound of the curry ones,  you girls are so inventive .  Give you a basic idea and you run with it. Great.
