Yum Chookie.
I see you managed to buy the roti machine cookie, that would be a handy little gadget.

No Judy. They don't seem to be sending them to WA. Maybe later. I rolled the roti out by hand.

Tonight we are having a RTE dish of chicken, broccoli and rice.

I’m not sure what we will have tonight. I do menu plan but have changed my thoughts about tonight’s meal. Maybe something with pasta.

I love Roasted red capsicum. Especially if you make your own. The AF is good for that.

I agree that the a/f is brilliant for that job cookie.

agree. But also keep a jar in pantry.
Pork chops. Probably grilled. Steamed veggies and mashed potatoes.
Did steam some barley in oven. Nice but took 40 minutes. Will use in salad.

We are having a dish that was apparently all the rage on Tik Tok some time ago. It is 250g of Danish feta, surrounded by tomatoes and baked. I will be doing something similar but my dish will have pasta and chilli. Hopefully it will taste ok. DH wont enjoy it but there is some of last night's chicken dish for him.
