Well done, Judy a fantastic meal cooked with love.

I tend to cook my poached eggs in the TMX, it takes longer than if I did it in the microwave so I might give the microwave version a go.

Marina, I tried your method for poaching eggs in the microwave.  It was good but took a long time. Over the years I have tried every available method, including hot and cold water. I think that in the end you choose what works best for you. What I use now works for me as toast ready in same time as egg. All good if I make the tea first.
Pita bread in steam oven needs more testing.
Made flat bread rolls but wanted to use steam. Sat wire rack on rolls to bake them. Rack stuck. Rolls unstuck with spray of water and pressing through holes. Reheated rolls in AF. Lovely but more experimenting needed.
DIL has sent me another Blod for steam comi cooking, like this, Australian and Miele.  Cookwise

Lemonade scones for morning tea for the carpet layers.  They had a choice of home made plum or apricot jam.

Mab, I’ll bet the carpet layers loved the scones and jam.
I made Portuguese Custard tarts for the electricians. They swooned.  ;D

Mag, yummy. Haven’t had cake for ages.  Would love a bit of your Cinnamon Tea Cake.
Going to try corn on the cob in steam oven.
I made flat rolls using the Japanese bread recipe. Baked them in the Combi oven.  Very interesting as I froze them.  Usually when I freeze rolls I refresh then in the AF.  Didn’t need to do this as they made perfect cheese and salad rolls.

I've just put an apple cake in the oven.

As I tried to turn it up the right way for a photo I broke it.

It will still taste brilliant cookie, it is annoying when that happens though.

Cookie, it will still taste good, although annoying.
Yesterday more experimenting. Put egg in microwave oven with setting for steam oven and egg exploded.  :-[. Cooked another in correct oven, perfect.
Made Multigrain Japanese milk bread rolls and baked in steam oven. Wonderful.
Cooked spicy marinated chicken thighs, ( Nigel Slater recipe ( no bone or skin ) then added in Boc Choi and coconut milk. Delicious.  The thighs were very tender and nicely browned before I added extras. I used a set program but estimated the time to add the veg and coconut milk. I write a card for each recipe that I try.
