WE've made lots or icy drinks again today (it's warm), lasagna tonight with a sorbet or strawberry foam to follow.  Bread too as we've run out again!  People must eat the stuff.

I made the icecream torta from the calendar for Christmas. Delicious.

You can always put the basket on the top of the bowl  (after removing the MC) and that allows evaporation without spitting everywhere.  Handy when you make jams etc too.
