I’ve made this recipe Chookie https://www.skinnytaste.com/crust-less-summer-zucchini-pie/
I posted it on one of the pie maker groups.  Preheated pie maker, cooked them 15 minutes, turned and cooked 2 minutes.  They freeze well and I heat in microwave for breakfast. Not sure how much mixture I put in each one nor how many I made, I must be more specific in my own note book.

Well done to your DS K Atie.
We are having home made pies from the freezer.   Could be beef & mushroom or beef & veg or chicken leek & mushroom.  Guess who forgot to label the package. :-))

K ATIE, great to see the kids cooking.  It is an essential life skill.
Had lunch with a friend today.  A neighbor had given her a loaf of SD bread that he had baked in an outdoor wood oven.  Although not perfect, it was delicious.
We had some with tomato soup out of the tin.

We had a lovely piece of steak with a few bits of potato cooked next to the steak and a large salad. Our usual caravan type meal.
