Good looking loaf.

So, homemade malt powder isn't any tastier, and is a giant pain to make, but CP says it was fun  ;D Guess I should make it once, someday. You know, just to see if I can, as part of my prep for the zombie apocalypse.

Lentil-Walnut Loaf. I did convert it and tried to post but it wouldn't accept it. It took me ages, will try again another time.
Everyone at work loved it - DH said it wasn't for him, not enough meat in the loaf.

I made chookies Malt Biscuits at about 5:30pm and my DS was wanting the bowl, the spoon, and any spare mixture that wasn't going to be used  :-)) (as if) as soon as I was taking it out of the oven he was trying to steal a hot biscuit before I'd even put the tray down  >:(

Yesterday I picked up 8 500g punnets of Strawberries for $5.  And 6 mangoes for $3 .  This morning I have made Strawberry sauce, Strawberry Jam and Strawberry and mango sauce.  Do not want to see another strawberry for weeks.   Also have Astarra bread in the oven, I loaf and 6 vegemite and cheese scrolls.

Great buy AB, some strawberry liqueur would have been nice too.
