Hello Milneed, It is nice to see Belgium represented. Did you get a TM31 or a different model?

Yes, a TM31. Looks good. I made 3 recipes yesterday (an easy chicken curry suggested by the demonstrator, a lovely ragł bolognese and a vegetable curry from a non Thermomix book. Actually, I'm very interested in adapting "mainstream" recipes for TM.
