Oh Margaret that isn’t fun.
We had a roast chicken and veggies. We split the chicken in half to make it cook a bit quicker. 4

I’ve been watching videos by Collette Mitegra. She is a consultant in Queensland. Her site is Thermiekitchen. She does some interesting ones. https://thermiekitchen.com/

Take care KAtie. It’s probably good weather to hibernate. It was freezing here this morning. 1.6° at our place. West Aussies aren’t used to this sort of temperature. 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Sweet and Sour chicken from Cookidoo with a few alterations. I cooked the rice according to the directions but it was very overcooked.

I made a Classic loaf today. Last night for dessert I made Tenina’s Banoffee Puddings. It made 6 in the dariole moulds. They cooked up beautifully in the Varoma and were delicious. https://tenina.com/recipes/steamed-banoffee-puddings

Chookie I love the sound of your new car. A dear friend had a Mercedes and the very first thing she showed us was how to open the boot. She loved it.
