Help! Conversion of cup measurements
« on: October 03, 2009, 02:27:18 pm »
I'm planning to make Amanda's Lemon Yoghurt Cake (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1628.0) but realise I don't have a clue about converting Australian cup measurements.

Could anyone possibly help me out here - thanks v. much in anticipation :)

Katya, I have made this one and on my recipe print out I have written 230g for the plain flour, 190g for the sugar and 120g for the oil.

I now feel like a complete plonker... There are 2 versions of this recipe in the Cakes section - I picked up the second one which has the recipes in cups and in my message linked to the first one which has it in grams.

The 2 recipes are slightly different so I now need to decide which one to try

I didn't look at the link as I knew I'd done it and it was in my folder of tried recipes - therefore very easy to find. It was the one with cup measurements.
