Just made it then, it is honestly the best thing I have made in the thermomix. I made it just for me with left overs so used 600g chicken thigh and used pumpkin instead of sweet potato because thats all I had. I also only cooked it for 25 minutes with the lesser chicken. I cut the thickest piece in half it was def cooked through and oh so tender.

I love this one too. Fussy DS6 is not so keen but everyone else loves it. We like it with brown rice too!

Had this for diner last night and it was so yummy!!

Didn't have any sweet potato so I used pumpkin instead and it turned out fine.  Also took the advice of adding a bit more water and had no problems with the sauce burning on the bottom.  Thank-you, it was delicious

Made this last night, and I chopped chicken up a bit more, cooked it for 20mins varoma and then added some broccoli for 5mins varoma, served with jacket potato, I would leave the chicken in bigger pieces next time, but an enjoyable meal

This was so good! My very fussy 3 yr old was stuffing it into his mouth until he could barely chew!! Will definitely add this to our favorites!

Both my fussy DS5 and DS3 loved it so definitely a winner in this house!
