ACW i used 1/8 of a teaspoon yeast this morning, it did take all day but thats what i was aiming for  ;D

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I made this today too - 4 dinner rolls and three long rolls. I used the whey from the yoghurt

I really liked this bread.  texture is really nice

I just had some with - butter and vegemite !!!

Chrtissa,  I also make a mix of rolls/ small loaf/ bread sticks.  Good idea.

I do Kim, have done both ways but prefer the one with the improver in it

I've only just started using bread improver and now I wouldn't make bread without it.  Makes a big difference.  Fussy DH agrees.

Mostly don't.  Do in cookies BSB recipe,  not in no Fuss  or anything else.

it was a very warm day, but the air con was on at 20d

kim if u are happy without it dont use it, the only dough i dont use it in is the sour cream one

Frozzie - I've had a packet here for a while - but having said that, I've only ever used it once. The ingredients read: Wheat flour, soya flour, Emulsifier (480), Ascorbic acid,  Mineral salt (516),  Enzyme.
