It was still doughy in the middle so I put it back in for a while. I used a lined round casserole dish because I didn't have a tin. I think I should have had the oven at 220, I had it closer to 200.

Baked in tin or dish it is best if taken from what you have baked it in and lay on side back in oven for 10 mins.  As you are just starting out with bread making,  you would be wise to invest in a thermometer that you can stick into the load to test that it has reached 200 F.

Made today with fresh yeast, and my new flour from Shipton Mill.
300 gms no 4 organic and
220 gms coarse brown

Lovely just had one with smoked salmon, other two in freezer, ready for another day.
