Not cooking today ... day one of prep for a colonoscopy on Wednesday.  I am allowed white bread (not REAL white bread like we all make - but the cotton wool type you get at the supermarket) - Oh Happy Day!!!

Nothing today.

Yesterday I made 36 sausage rolls, 36 mini meat balls, 30 mini zucchini, ham & cheese muffins.  These are all in the freezer ready for the weekend.
