As nice as maddy's work Jamberie and as you would appreciate, that is very high praise indeed. Excellent result and I also love the great choice of colours.

Lovely cupcakes Jamberie. A big cook up for me tonight, Vegetable Curry, Creamy Broccoli and Potato soup, and Tenina's Rhubarb and Strawberry soup.

Georgous cup cakes Jamberie, love the colours. :)

I have a casserole of Braised Steak & Onions in the oven at the moment.

I've made Nut Paste, Spicy Lentil & Tomato soup (EDC)' still one of our favourites. And a chicken, Leek & Vege  filling for a Pie tonight.
Going to have a rest when I've cleaned up the kitchen.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone :) I was really happy with how those ones turned out :) -unfortunately as I'm dairy free at the moment I couldn't even try any, so I hope they tasted ok! -my next challenge is to test a gluten and dairy free version of the buttercream!

As nice as maddy's work Jamberie and as you would appreciate, that is very high praise indeed. Excellent result and I also love the great choice of colours.

Gosh Judy, what a compliment! Thank you indeed, I certainly appreciate such high praise :)

Googling for something else I came across this site http://www.foodandwine.com/fwx/food/7-things-you-didnt-know-you-could-waffle?utm_source=zergnet.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=zergnet_580769&xid=partner_zergnet.

I had to try it  ;D  I wasn't sure what medium was on my waffle maker so I don't think it was quite hot enough to make it as crispy as shown on the blog.  Will up the temperature setting next time but it worked quite well.  Who'd have though you could use the waffle maker for other things.
