Everyone's been busy cooking. Love the fudge Robyn and your cake was stunning Jamberie. I've been baking for footy coach hampers and I channeled my inner Maddy for a pink week breast cancer fundraiser at netball (we raised over $1000). Finger buns, jelly cakes and Oreo cupcakes.

Loved this recipe. I made the batter the night before and kept in the fridge until morning. I also cooked these in a sandwich press greased with a little olive oil spray.

Brilliant cooking ladies. Mab I cooked the boiled fruit cake today too only I made mini muffin size ones. Love the petit fours ES. I started the day with buttermilk waffles. My boys had never eaten waffles (bad mothering!) and we don't own a machine (DH says no more machines!!) so after a little googling, I made them in the sandwich press (jaffle maker) and they turned out much better than I expected. Crispy on outside and fluffy inside. Boys want them next weekend now. I also made lemon curd, granuesli, lMrs masons nuts and bolts, salted caramel fudge and pizzas.

Last night was Guinness stew served with skinny mixers carbonara sauce over gnocchi. Tonight is pizza.

Beef enchiladas here.
Judy Chinese flair sounds so much better than chow mein. I make it regularly on the stovetop the old way, but love to shred the cabbage in the tmx. Less mess and no big yucky chunks of cabbage. 59

Lovely cakes ladies. The butterfly cakes look very delicious cookie.
Our bickie barrel is empty again. I made chocolate ripple biscuits and added a teaspoon on peppermint essence to give a choc mint taste and cinnamon cookies. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6556.0 http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2870.0 |
