Ooh lovely Judy.

Oh goodness Mich, no recipe - I buy 2 Cauliflower when I go grocery shopping and wash and rice them ( 1/2 fill thermie then reverse sp 5 for 5 sec or so until it resembles rice) then I fill a zip lock back with raw Cauli . Fits in the fridge easier this way.  So for lunch I put some olive oil in my wok heated, poured in about 4 cups of cauliflower stirred on high heat for 2 or 3 minutes then I added a slotted spoonful of semi sundried tomatoes, some AF capsicum and some olives. Stirred this around until well combined and heated through. Turned the head off and added about 1/3 cup of pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, slivered almonds and hemp seeds.  Every time it us different depending on what I have.  We really enjoy this cold as well so I cooked enough for my DD's to have some when they got home.

I'm sure everyone has seen these on Facebook and Pinterest, the girls lunches all ready to grab and go.

They are suppose to last well for 5 days, you need to be particular with the order they are packed in. Dressing on the bottom up to delicate leaves at top.  Both girls said they were yum today.
I bought 12 quart jars in Big W, cost $45.00 but if it keeps salad fresh and us on track for lunches, I think it is worth it.

Tip them into a bowl at lunch time and enjoy.  Lots of ideas on Pinterest.  It will be our Sunday job for the summer, shop, chop and pack ready for the week.
