The last pork/apple pie from the freezer, leftover potato/mushroom casserole and the last of some cooked vegies.

To make DS happy, I made a batch of pumpkin scones for lunch, using leftover roast pumpkin from the freezer. I also finally got around to posting my Great Aunt Ruby's recipe on the forum.

Out to lunch today.  I gave the 2 oysters from my plate to my neighbour (we both had the grilled seafood platter) and I've just heard she's been ill all afternoon :o :o  I've informed the hotel, just hope she is over it and will be OK now.

Thought I'd better try the food I'm about to take around to Mum - I used the sauce from this recipe of Cookies with a couple of changes.  Very nice with some parmesan shaved on top.
