Thank you everyone for all your encouragement.  The night was wonderful and I had heaps of food thanks to great recipes from this forum.  Thermie made life so much easier.  Leftovers tonight with a few things added as today is actually my DS's x 2 30th bday  and my DD's x 2 28th birthday is tomorrow.  So more celebrating tonight and then a BIG rest tomorrow!
