Sorry guys, if this is a repeat of a post, but not able to do a proper search...
Can I ask advice on a fail-proof egg free cake? Nuts and chocolate are okay.
Its my in-laws anniversary on sunday and I would like to bake an egg free cake for them..
Please also direct me to some good icing recipes..

There is an eggless apple cake. I think the recipe is on here, posted by Judy. I've made it and it is lovely.
The Sun Bran Loaf on here is lovely too, but only as a home cake.

Here's (http://vegsoc.org.au/forum_messages.asp?Thread_ID=224&topic_ID=1) a link to a couple of eggless cakes, easy enough to make in the TMX
