... It doesn't matter what I'm after - recipe, tip.. anything.. I can always find it here!! It's terrific!

Today, I attempted butter, which didn't work.. I gave up & was going to toss it out but thought I'd wander in here anyway to see what recipes I could find to use up the buttermilk..

Not only did I find great buttermilk tips.. But I also found out a solution for the butter!!

Love it!!!!!

Being new to all this, I have got into the habit of checking here before I attempt something for the first time. I'm not sure what I would do if the Internet went down before I could check. Probably have a complete break down!!

It's been known to happen Moo2 - the forum's been down a few times in the past and it is not a nice thing to have to deal with, especially if you are a newbie. We are so used to it being here, it is a bit of a shock to the system when it isn't. Fingers crossed we don't have anymore trouble.

Me too! ;D ;D I love getting on here to see what you guys have been up to while I've been sleeping.Sometimes our evening meal has been sorted out by someone posting or bumping a recipe. :D :D

why else is it 5am, and i am on this site.

My husband sprung me yesterday, after printing more recipes from here, I left them on the printer.  ( i should have been doing office work)

But he loves my thermomix.
