You never dress this salad until you want to serve it wapred.  I keep the chopped vegies in one container in the fridge, the dressing in another container in the fridge and the nuts, seeds & fried noodles in another container in the pantry, take out however much salad I want for a meal, add some of the dried ingredients to it and then sprinkle with some dressing.  The salad then lasts for as long as you want it to but if you dress the whole lot, leftovers will go soggy and you'll have to throw it out.
