This is what I have been up to today - don't laugh girls but although I hated making them when I first started, in the end I was enjoying myself.  I'm no maddy but grand-daughter will probably think they are OK.  The first lot of milk chocolate seized up in the microwave, the first lot of white chocolate didn't melt in the TMX so I transferred it to the microwave and had some success but it wouldn't cover the dark chocolate cake which was in the cake pops. I then melted some dark chocolate successfully in the microwave and added that to the white chocolate in my little chocolate fondue pot and although I kept having to add more copha to it to keep it thin, that worked well. You should have seen the mess, is it any wonder I don't do things like this very often.

Judy just cooked the scrolls with tomato paste on the bottom with ham and cheese. Did two batches, first cut bigger as you suggested and then cut even bigger again, nice taste I didn't think the puff pastry puffed up too much though, everyone enjoyed them thanks

Thanks girls, I am warming to them.

Yvette, they don't puff up much - I was wondering if I rolled them too tightly.

Really cute JD. I'm just back from the Southern Highlands (NSW). The only thing I was making is reservations.

Thermomix finally arrived today! YEAH!!! So ready after spending so much time on this forum. Have made apple, carrot and ginger juice mixed with soda, strawberry foam for the kids, veggie stock and big chocolate cake for my DD 11th birthday. Will make ganache tomorrow as well as mayonnaise, pumpkin soup and quiche! It is certainly getting a good work out! It's so much fun!

Judy, your grand daughter will be thrilled with them, she's lucky to have you to make them for her.  :)
